Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Discovery Consultation (₹399)

1.1 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • We fail to conduct the consultation call within 48 hours of your payment
  • We determine during the consultation that we cannot help with your specific needs
  • You're not satisfied with the consultation quality (contact within 24 hours after call)

1.2 No Refund Situations

  • You miss the scheduled consultation call without prior notice
  • You request a refund more than 48 hours after the consultation
  • You decide not to proceed with the project after receiving the consultation

1.3 How to Request Refund

Email info@clickdone.in with:

  • Your name and payment details
  • Reason for refund request
  • Razorpay payment ID (if available)

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Monthly Retainer (₹1,999/month)

2.1 Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel anytime by providing 30 days written notice
  • Send cancellation request to info@clickdone.in
  • Service continues during the 30-day notice period
  • After 30 days, no further charges will be made

2.2 Refund Policy

  • No refund for the current month's payment
  • No refund for partial months of service
  • Exception: If we fail to provide any service for a full calendar month, you may request a refund for that month

2.3 Pausing Service

Currently, we do not offer pausing options. You must cancel with 30 days notice and can restart service later if needed.

3. One-Time Projects

3.1 Project-Specific Agreements

Refund and cancellation terms for one-time projects are defined in the individual project agreement/contract. Typical terms include:

3.2 Before Project Starts

  • Full refund if we cancel or cannot start the project
  • 50% refund of upfront payment if you cancel before work begins

3.3 During Project Development

  • No refund for completed work/milestones
  • Partial refund possible if you cancel mid-project (based on work completed)
  • If we fail to meet agreed deadlines, refund terms will be discussed case-by-case

3.4 After Project Completion

  • No refund once project is delivered and final payment is made
  • Bug fixes and issues are covered under warranty (typically 30 days)
  • Additional changes or features are charged separately

4. Service Quality Issues

4.1 Technical Problems

If you experience service quality issues:

  • Contact us immediately at info@clickdone.in
  • We will work to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • If unresolved, we'll discuss compensation or partial refund

4.2 Response Time

We commit to responding to all support requests within 24 hours (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM IST). If we fail to meet this consistently, you may request service credits or partial refund.

5. Payment Disputes

5.1 Razorpay Disputes

All payments are processed through Razorpay. If you have a payment dispute:

  • First contact us to resolve directly
  • If unresolved, you can raise a dispute with Razorpay
  • We will respond to all Razorpay disputes within 5 business days

5.2 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • All services will be suspended pending resolution
  • We prefer to resolve disputes directly before chargebacks
  • Invalid chargebacks may result in service termination

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued via Razorpay to the original payment source (card, UPI, net banking, etc.). We cannot process refunds to different accounts or payment methods.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT refundable:

  • Third-party service costs (hosting, domains, APIs) paid on your behalf
  • Time spent on completed work or delivered milestones
  • Training sessions that were conducted
  • Custom solutions that were delivered and accepted

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, internet outages, etc.). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternatives.

9. Modification of Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will not affect existing service agreements. New terms apply only to future purchases.
