1. Services Provided

Click&Done (operating at clickdone.in) provides IT consultancy services including:

• Discovery consultation calls (₹399 one-time fee)
• Custom application development
• Database setup and management
• Workflow automation implementation
• Ongoing support and maintenance (₹1,999/month retainer)
• One-time project work (custom quotes)

By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Discovery Consultation (₹399)

• One-time payment of ₹399 for a 30-minute consultation call
• Payment must be made before scheduling the consultation
• All payments processed securely through Razorpay

2.2 Monthly Retainer (₹1,999/month)

• Monthly payment of ₹1,999 for ongoing support and development
• Payment due on the 1st of each month
• Includes bug fixes, feature additions, and support
• Can be cancelled anytime with 30 days written notice

2.3 One-Time Projects

• Custom quotes based on project scope
• Payment terms defined in individual project agreements
• Typical payment structure: 50% upfront, 50% on completion

3. Service Delivery

• Discovery consultation calls will be scheduled within 48 hours of payment
• Project timelines will be provided during the consultation
• Typical project implementation: 1-2 weeks
• Monthly retainer services provided on an ongoing basis
• Email support response time: within 24 hours (Monday-Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM IST)

4. Refund Policy

Summary:

• Discovery consultation: Full refund if call not conducted within 48 hours or if we cannot help
• Monthly retainer: Cancel anytime with 30 days notice, no refund for current month
• One-time projects: Refund policy defined in individual project agreements

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Client Ownership

All custom applications, databases, and solutions we build for you are YOUR property. Upon final payment, you receive:

• Full ownership of custom code written for your project
• All database schemas and data
• Access credentials to all platforms and services
• Documentation and training materials

5.2 Open Source Tools

We use open-source technologies (Supabase, n8n, etc.) which have their own licenses. You have full rights to use these tools as per their respective licenses.

6. Service Scope

Our services include:

• Custom application development (mobile and web)
• Database design and setup
• Workflow automation implementation
• Integration with third-party services
• Bug fixes and issue resolution
• Feature additions and enhancements
• Training and support for your team

Services NOT included:

• Server/hosting costs (you pay directly to providers)
• Third-party API costs
• SMS/email service costs
• Domain registration fees

7. Limitations of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services, but:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for any business losses, data loss, or damages beyond the fees paid for the specific service
• You are responsible for backing up your data
• We recommend testing all solutions before going live

8. Confidentiality

We will not share your business information, data, or custom solutions with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., hosting providers). We treat all client information as confidential.

9. Termination

9.1 By Client

You may cancel the monthly retainer anytime with 30 days written notice to info@clickdone.in

9.2 By Us

We may terminate services if payment is not received within 7 days of due date, or if terms are violated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
